Access

Purchasing a course grants individual, non-transferable, lifetime access to the purchased materials via your account, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Access may be suspended if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your billing address. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend access until payment issues are resolved.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular:

• Do not share login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without permission.
• Be respectful in any community interactions and do not harass or abuse others.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with Service operation.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Service—including videos, text, audio, downloads, branding, and design—are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes within the platform.

Liability

We provide educational material “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties unrelated to the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes
